Job Description Ownership of Injection Molding Unit efficiency targets, through immediate problem response and resolution with team and IM Lead. Drives OEE performance by maximizing value added time, ensure standard work processes (all tasks). Ensure targets for volume, manufacturing efficiency (ME) waste reduction, product quality, Clean Inspect Lube (CIL), defect handling and adherence to system processes are consistently achieved. Monitor inventory levels in the shift and assist in inventory counts as per need. Supports performance management process (performance boards, updates & discussions). Conduct shift handovers, team briefings, and performance conversations. Developing high performing work teams, covering absenteeism, rotating in for training activities and encouraging cross functional capabilities. Administrative responsibilities for team (paperwork, discussions with Line Lead). Timely closing of batches and monitor Realtime scanning of LPN’s Focus on product quality with regards to boundary samples, standard work instructions and SKU requirement. Escalate issues beyond and assist production requirement to effect maintenance quality. Maintain 7s of the area at all times Promote a proactive safety culture through regular inspections, hazard identification, and adherence to Fiji Water’s safety. Escalate issues to the appropriate authority and ensure timely follow-up. Lead improvement initiatives in machine reliability and injection molding processes, encouraging Process Operators participation in problem solving and idea generation. Oversee daily inventory updates and ensure accurate tracking of maintenance and production data to support operational decision making. Support organizational quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site. Qualifications Minimum: Successful completion of Year 12 Trade Certificate in Technical Field (Mechanical, Electrical etc) or a 3 – 5 years’ experience in a front line operations within a manufacturing or bottling environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data management Valid Group 9 Driving License. Preferred: Knowledge of injection molding processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Over 5 years of leadership experience in injection molding, bottling, or a similar high-volume production environment.
