• 3 or more years of experience as an operator
• Excellent communication skills both written and interpersonal.

The Shift Lead will drive shift performance in EH&S, production throughput, housekeeping, daily task completion, hazard identification / reporting / remediation / escalation. They are responsible for leading operators and contractors to ensure that shift meets business, site, and unit objectives. Our shift leaders also serve as activity coordinators and gatekeepers during off hours.
