IntroductionWe are seeking a dynamic Floor/Assistant store Manager who is ready for the first steps as a Store Manager to help grow our new Bellerose corner in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. ResponsibilitiesAs Store Manager you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed.

1. ManagementYou evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.

2. Company strategyYou provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyalty.
You ensure increasing sales figures.
You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.

3. Administrative and financial managementYou are responsible for the inventories.
You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management.
You manage all the administration related to your team

In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.
