Responsibilities

The Shift Lead will oversee and ensure the quality of solar modules during the pre-shipment stage by conducting line audits and managing Flash Test Report data. This role also involves performing pre-shipment inspections with customers or third parties and addressing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) issues.
