Responsibilities of a Shift Lead: * Balancing and assigning cash registers  * Daily inventory * Providing great customer service  * Good communications skills * Processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints. * Ensuring cashiers are Upselling and providing great customer service. * Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen. * Ensure all food is of the best quality. * Managing quote times  * Making sure all employees are doing their assigned task. * Make sure the store is up to Wingstop Inspections standards. * Following all company policies. Job Requirements: * Experience with POS systems and cash registers * Basic computer knowledge * Good math skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to effectively resolve complaints. * Manager certification is a plus.
