Job Summary: To succeed as a Shift Lead at Rosati’s Pizza, you must be self-motivated, friendly, and responsible with strong leadership qualities as well as a sense of humility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to assist your staff whenever needed. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have memorable experiences with Rosati’s.
