Here at Scooter’s Coffee, we are known for having the Three Amazing’s: Amazing People, Amazing Drinks, Amazingly Fast. We are seeking another Amazing Person to join our team here at Scooter’s Coffee Kentwood. You must be able to bring an enthusiastic, AMAZING attitude as well as be a reliable leader every week. The amazing candidate will have a desire to help people grow and to teach others the Scooter’s systems that provides amazing products and services for our customers. An appreciation for the value of each customer that scoots on by our store. Must be able to function in a FAST environment while still providing amazing customer service.
Leadership:
a) Learn, model, coach and ensure Scooter’s operational systems are followed
b) Effectively use the Scooter’s barista timeline to ensure smooth business operations
c) Effectively use the Leadership Tools to ensure smooth business operations
d) Promote a positive and healthy work environment through daily use of company best practices;
e) Assist other leaders to promote employee development and business growth
f) Communicate openly and honestly with peers and leaders.
g) Expected to help cover shifts as needed.
