JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, as well as serve guests using the proper techniques
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Food Safety Manager Card, granted by ServSafe or SNHD
  • Knowledge of One Piece anime

Responsibilities
  • Delivering warm and charismatic customer service; setting the example for their peers
  • Aiding ASM and SM in team development and training
  • Coaching team members on the topics of customer service, team work, and store operations where necessary
  • Delegating tasks to ensure an equal distribution of responsibilities
  • Handling of store funds
  • Enforcing store and organizational policies, as well as labor and workforce policies
  • Maintaining presentation standards within the store
  • Coordinating coverage, managing labor, and maintaining composure during periods of high volume
  • Adhering to food safety practices and procedures
  • Carrying out inventory and logistical processes to support the business
  • Contributing to weekly communication and team memos
