We’re looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our team as Shift Leads, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. In this position, you’ll work directly with Clients, guide your teammates, and help keep our homes running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be a key resource others rely on. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Previous Direct Support Professional experience preferred but not required; experience in caregiving or as a CNA would also be relevant.
