Description

The Shift Lead – VATP (Shorefair) plays a key role in supporting the daily logistics operations at Alliance One North America’s Shorefair facility, located at a customer site in Winston-Salem, NC. This facility operates 24/7, with peak activity during weekday day shifts and lighter operations overnight and on weekends. Shift Leads are responsible for coordinating hourly team members during their assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate shipping and receiving processes. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to dynamic operational needs. All Shift Leads must be lift driver qualified to support flexible coverage and rotation
