Restaurant hours are 10:30 am to 9 pm every day.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Proven track record in team management and shift leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.

  • Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any staffing issues that arise.
  • Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects of service meet company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment in accordance with health regulations.
  • Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
