As a Shift Leader, you’ll help bring that vision to life by supporting store operations, guiding the team, and ensuring every guest leaves brighter.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Food Safe Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous café or food service experience preferred
• At least 6 months experience in a supervisory or shift lead capacity preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Additional languages an asset

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this leadership position, you will oversee daily operations during your scheduled shifts, deploy and support team members, and maintain a high standard of service, quality, and cleanliness. You will coach, motivate, and set the tone for an excellent customer and employee experience while upholding Artigiano’s brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the team during shifts to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure operational standards are met
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members
• Support training for new employees and foster a positive team environment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming café space
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cash handling, and operational policies
• Act as a role model in delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service
