ASSISTANT MANAGERS & SHIFT LEADERS – EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for energetic, driven leaders to join our team in a variety of management roles. With expansion plans in the Queensland region, this is an exciting time to get involved and shape the future of Carl’s Jr. in Australia. As an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the restaurant, ensuring that our operational standards, customer experience, and team culture are of the highest quality.

• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Serve as a role model for Carl’s Jr. values and cultural standards
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service at all times
• Actively listen to customer feedback and work to resolve any issues promptly
• Train, develop, and cross-train team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers
• Manage rostering, shift changes, and team meetings
• Monitor P&L performance, guest satisfaction, inventory, labor control, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Execute marketing campaigns and foster community engagement through local marketing activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of both our team members and customers
