Job Description:
As a Shift lead at Michy’s Chino Boricua Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders at the counter.
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system.
Providing menu information and assisting customers with inquiries.
Ensuring a clean and organized cashier station.
Collaborating with the restaurant team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the front of the restaurant.
Ensure team productivity and efficiency.
Teaching and training cashiers.
follow up with guidelines and established checklists.
Note inventory items for Front of House.
Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish).
At least 2 years of customer service. preferred
at least 1 year of management experience. preferred
Must have a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a team player mentality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
willingness to learn.
