We are seeking a proactive and friendly Front of House Shift Leader to join our Prep School catering team. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday 11-7pm , and is perfect for someone who excels at customer service.
In this role, you will report into the Senior Team Leader/Assistant Catering Manager, and support the smooth daily operation of our Prep School dining hall. When the Senior Team Leader/Assistant Catering Manager is not on shift you will be responsible for ensuring that the meal service is efficient, welcoming, and runs seamlessly. Your duties will include serving pupils during meal times, supervising a small team of Food Services Assistants, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene, and providing a positive dining experience for our pupils and staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer care. If you are a natural leader with a passion for service and a knack for creating a great atmosphere, we encourage you to apply.
