We are looking for reliable and self-motivated individuals who enjoy food service and customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are currently hiring a Shift Leader.
JOB SUMMARY
The Team Leader’s primary responsibility will be maintaining employee morale while helping the General Manager and Assistant Managers execute and delegate the tasks to team members. This is a critically important role, as its biggest function is bridging the gap between team members and top tier leadership.
The Team Leader should be some of the most positive, outgoing, encouraging people in the store, while being attentive to detail and proactive. They are to be always encouraging the team (general encouragement and encouragement toward goals like suggestive selling, speed of service, etc.).
Team Leaders should also be people who have a constant positive attitude and ongoing spirit of camaraderie/teamwork and passion for the entire organization. They run shifts, breaks, delegate tasks/projects, answer questions, help with training, close the restaurant, and resolve guests concerns and complaints.
