POSITION OVERVIEW

The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations. This leadership position focuses on coaching and guiding Crew Members to uphold Dunkin’ Brand standards, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maintain a positive team environment. As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Set clear goals and delegate job assignments to ensure smooth operations during each shift.
• Provide real-time feedback, motivation, and recognition to team members.
• Promote teamwork and help create a friendly, guest-centric atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
