Job Summary:

El Jannah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at the Marsden Park location. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, ensuring high quality customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals.

• Responsibilities:
• Train and onboard new employees
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Assist with inventory management
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns

• Monitor and report on financial performance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Supervise and direct staff members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
