  Firehouse Subs is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in hot subs, made right. We serve large portions of premium meats and cheeses, “steamed” hot and placed atop fresh produce on a toasted sub roll. Each restaurant offers a family-oriented dining atmosphere, complete with an authentic firefighter theme that celebrates local firefighting history, as well as the founding family’s 200 years of firefighting service

• Create a great guest experience.
• Train and retain employees on proper procedures and production.
• Manage 2-6 other employees at all times to ensure all prep & cleaning is done in a timely manner.
• Inventories, both daily and weekly. Entering and tracking inventory usage and loss.
• Truck orders.
• Cash management, including auditing & deposits.
• Payroll management on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Takes initiative & is a problem-solver.
