The Shift Leader has ultimate responsibility for safeguarding the financial success of a specific location and maintaining the reputation of the company. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.
Shift Leaders are eligible to receive tips based on hours worked per day! Health insurance and 401k are available if working full time.
