Aureol Global Connections is looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Leader/General Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead teams across various departments. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth and efficient work shifts, maintain high productivity levels, and foster a safe and positive work environment. You will act as a liaison between management and staff, coordinating activities to meet company goals and client expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Lead, motivate, and support staff members to achieve individual and team objectives. Monitor workflow and production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during shifts. Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly to minimize disruption. Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, concerns, and staffing needs. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Maintain accurate records related to shift activities, attendance, and equipment usage. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex operations during shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to team management. Relevant certifications or training in supervision or management is an advantage.
