We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin’ team! As a Shift Leader at Dunkin’ Donuts, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, efficiency, excellent customer service, and effective staff management. We value shift awareness and a positive attitude in our leaders to make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age is 18
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50lbs.)
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system
• Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
• Enthusiastic and a team player
• Commitment to excellent customer service

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to all guests
• Operate a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment
• Prepare and package customer orders to their satisfaction
• Clean and prepare cooking and prep areas
• Operate coffee and sandwich equipment
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Account for food quality and quantity
