OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced food industry environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for food production, as well as the ability to train and develop team members in culinary practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong skills in staff training, management, and team development.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new employees on food preparation, cash handling, and customer service standards.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food production areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions and sales reporting.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking as necessary to support the team.
