In this leadership role, you are an internal technical master at the line level who ensures the line team is performing at a level that sustains and improves business results on one or more of 6 stars model. You model priority setting, manage the plan-do-check- adjust cycle and provide coaching and training for your team. How you will contribute; As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for leading the safe and efficient end to end operations of Philadelphia manufacture, supporting the delivery of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Engagement metrics in our dynamic FMCG team. Base rate of $48.10 per hour after initial training. This rate excludes shift and leading hand allowances and overtime. The position is structured across rotating shifts – Day / Afternoon / Night. You’re key responsibilities include; Support delivery of key plant metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability & Engagement Oversee total end to end operations and activities on shift People leader of ~10-15 team members Leader of Safety and Quality Culture Lead, support and motivate the core team to deliver excellent efficiency and delivery results Promote positive workplace culture Clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders Collaborating well in a diverse work environment Understanding of lean manufacturing and methodologies What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Previous experience in FMCG or food manufacturing preferred Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills Ability to multi task and prioritise in a fast paced environment Strong computer skills, including MS Office, with exposure to Payroll systems & SAP advantageous Advanced analytical and problem solving skills Reliable and organised with a proactive approach Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A good attitude and a willingness to learn is a must Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way. Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end operations on shift, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting key plant metrics. You will lead and motivate a team of approximately 10-15 members to achieve excellent results in a dynamic FMCG environment.
