Description

Motto means more.
Motto Motto is Australia’s leading Japanese quick service restaurant chain that has experienced explosive growth over the last two years, and we aren’t stopping just yet.
SHIFT LEADER - Marrickville
Reporting to the Restaurant Leadership Team with responsibility for achieving QSC (Quality Service Cleanliness) during specific trading periods by effectively and efficiently leading a team on shift.
Like all of our leaders at Motto Motto, there is a major focus on achieving Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards (QSC) on all shifts.
This role is about training, influencing and providing great leadership to the restaurant team. It is an ideal springboard to learn the levers of a hospitality business and how to make it profitable. This role involves using systems, training team members and managing performance.

Culture is key at Motto, but you will need to tick a few boxes:

  • 1 to 2+ years leadership experience at a sophisticated QSR or casual dining brand
  • Experience achieving KPI’s
  • Maintain knowledge of the Motto recipes
  • Ensure food quality remains at an exceptional standard, including recipe specification, portioning and presentation of meals for every guest through every channel (delivery, pick up and dine in)
  • Ensure food safety during shift is compliant to all brand requirements
  • Follow and embed all Motto Motto back of house systems and processes
  • The goal to become a Restaurant Manger and lead your very own Motto team
