NIGHT SHIFT LEADER – MAGDALEN HOUSE

£14.45 per hour (from October 2025) plus weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour
36 hours per week on a 2-week rota (8pm-8am), to include alternate Saturday nights.

We have a position available for a Shift Lead, (Nights) to work in our beautifully kept Residential Care home.
Magdalen House is our 29-bed Residential Care Home for older people who may be living with or without dementia. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carers to join our Home and be part of our quality service where resident health and wellbeing is of the highest priority.
The job is ideal if you are a skilled and compassionate carer who is empathetic to the needs of older people and are looking for ongoing development.
You will need to be organised and efficient to ensure the shift runs smoothly.
