JD :  Shift Leader - Operations Control Manager   Acting Operations Control Manager on the floor at the shift. Being able to demonstrate Command & Control and Major Events coordination behavior. Has to have Operational Analytics skills. Being able to influence people who may not be reporting to them directly. Substitute Major Incident Manager or act as escalation point in case of higher complexity/severity incident.   Acts as Operations Control Manager during shifts, ensuring command and control, incident coordination, and operational analytics. Serves as escalation point for complex incidents and influences cross‑functional teams. Skills / Products (Command & Control, Major Events Coordination, Operational Analytics): Common: ITSM, Release management, Vulnerability management best practices. Software Engineering: GitHub, Python (for automation of reporting/analytics). Capabilities: Coordinate incident response and escalation. Apply ITSM compliance and structured release management. Automate reporting and analytics workflows. Store and manage operational scripts/playbooks in GitHub.
