Job Description Plan and manage the production process(equipment & personnel) during the shift within the area of responsibility Ensures On Time In Full execution of production orders to the correct Customer Specific Requirements and LEONI work instructions Achievement of shift targets with regular follow up during the shift (Quantity/quality / RFT/ Efficiency etc) and launch corrective actions for any deviations, using the required tools & methods (Kosu/8D/ PDCA QRQC etc) Ensure follow up of shift handover protocol (e.g. Recording / checking data in shift handover meeting / book) Ensures all visualisation within scope of control is maintained and updated Qualifications Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree or more. Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent Experience : 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry Language : French Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
