Reporting to the Store Manager, the Shift Leader supports the daily operations of our store and delivers an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As part of the store leadership team, the Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the store during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and loss prevention
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Support daily store operations, including achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide strong on-the-floor leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
  • Drive customer loyalty by promoting and enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
  • Coach, support, and provide feedback to sales associates to help them meet productivity goals and improve performance.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product preparation, displays, and in-store layouts.
  • Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and the store team, following all loss prevention procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store success.
