Ryze Dundee is looking for a happy, bubbly, positive Shift Leader to join our team! As a business, our goal is to ensure every guest has a great time and a safe time while bouncing through our trampoline park! We achieve this by delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring all guests follow our rules designed to keep them safe. This is a fast-paced, positive environment that will push you to be the best version of yourself, supported by training and development from your management team. This is a key role in the operations of our business, as a member of management, you will be directly responsible for running shifts and managing a team of up to 35 people at a time. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
· Ensuring your team is delivering at its peak to ensure every guest has a great experience
· Manage your team to ensure everyone is keeping guests safe by following our rules
· Manage team morale to keep everyone happy and all positions covered
· Interacting with guests throughout the park to lead by example and ensure everyone is having fun
· Training your team to the Ryze standard using our procedure manual
· Keeping the Ryze culture rich and developing this in all flight crew
· Dealing with first aid incidents and reporting them accordingly
· Being aware of and ensuring we adhere to necessary risk assessments and policies
· Opening & Closing of business
· Cash handling
· Maintenance of the park
· Key holding
· Stock ordering and rotation
· Dealing with any customer complaints that may arise
· Dealing with customer emails/phone calls
· Assisting with social media posting / replying to reviews
· Working directly with the Manager and Park Manager on tasks
What we are looking for:

· Experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
· Experience leading a team within a service-driven environment
· Is a hands-on, inspirational and natural leader, understanding what makes a workplace great, and motivating your team to push boundaries, through exceptional customer service and a seamless operation
· Is super organised, having no problem multi-tasking to ensure all key areas are tackled, from managing the park to coaching team members
· Proven ability to plan and prioritise workloads
· Proven ability to motivate a high-energy, high-performance team
· Confident and proficient in using the booking system and able to process, amend and troubleshoot problems and queries.

· You have strong leadership and communication skills, a willingness to get ‘hands-on’ and are fully involved with day-to-day operations
· Must be available to work weekends.
