Farmhouse Brewing Co. is a farm-based brewery located in Greendale (Chilliwack) BC. Our focus is to create and serve amazing craft beer and utilize locally grown products in our food and beverage programs. We strive to create a welcoming community space for both employees and guests amongst the farmland of Greendale.

Experience:

• Shift Lead/Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Serving: 1 year (preferred

• Work closely with Tasting Room Manager & GM
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
• Direct the Front of House servers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the tasting room which includes helping train new servers and give general supervision all while contributing your part
• Willing to do Closing shifts and Opening shifts
• Be compliant with all WorkSafeBC, Fraser Health and Farmhouse Brewing Co. rules and regulations.
• Contributing to a healthy team culture by always maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism and supporting our company vision
• Be willing and available to work weekends, holidays. Shift Leads need to have availability for Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays and have scheduling flexibility
• Have a love for the brewing industry with knowledge of great craft beer is an asset!
• Be a positive leader with stellar hospitality skills
• Lead servers and manage guests, Take orders, Pour beer, Serve food, Host, Clear tables when needed, Opening duties, Closing duties, Cleaning duties
• Three Professional References Required *
