Reporting to: General Manager Contract: Full-time Pay: €15–€16 per hour depending on experience and role What You’ll Be Doing Frontline Leader – Help run smooth, happy shifts with strong communication, teamwork, and support across the restaurant. Customer Focused – Create memorable experiences for every guest, turning complaints into comebacks. Team Connector – Build strong relationships, promote open feedback, and help keep the vibe positive and focused. Performance Driver – Spot issues, give real-time feedback, and help the team get better every day. Recognition Champion – Celebrate the wins, call out great work, and foster a culture of appreciation. Clean + Fresh – Own the look and feel of the space — from clean floors to perfect fridge displays and good tunes. Feedback Flow – Actively gather and action customer feedback. Pulse Monitor – Keep an eye on key metrics like NPS to improve customer experience and spot trends. Health & Safety – Be a compliance champion — keeping the team and customers safe.
