Job Description Ensures planning of services, goals, capacity and coordination of specific subjects within the area of responsibility Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc. Supports creation and release of department internal instructions Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths Ensures the completeness of activities within the WH wh. during the shift Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans Supports the layout definition and the space requirements for the WH. Qualifications Level of Education: Higher education (BAC+2/+3).
