Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Điểm danh và bố trí công nhân theo kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện trong chuyền. * Thúc đẩy, đôn đốc nhân viên để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng và năng suất. * Lấy mẫu ngẫu nhiên kiểm tra, đánh giá và duy trì chất lượng sản phẩm trên chuyền. * Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh, báo cáo kỹ sư hay trực tiếp liên hệ bảo trì để hỗ trợ giải quyết. * Huấn luyện và theo dõi chất lượng cộng việc của nhân viên mới * Sắp xếp dây công việc hợp lý, đảm bảo tính cân đối cho chuyền và giảm hàng dở dang trên công đoạn. (WIP) * Kiểm soát nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất trong ca, đảm bảo tỷ lệ tiêu hao ở mức cho phép. * Bảo quản và quản lý trang thiết bị, dụng cụ máy móc ở khu vực phụ trách.
