You’ll be responsible for supervising the daily operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring that customers receive a fast, friendly, and memorable experience. Key responsibilities include: Leading Internal Functions: Manage critical areas such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management Delegating & Reporting: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure results are met Driving Restaurant Performance: Support the General Manager in achieving goals Kitchen Operations: Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu items People Management: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives Customer Service: Ensure all team members are trained to deliver excellent guest experiences and that key service areas are organized for optimal service Team Collaboration: Partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations What We’re Looking For: A commitment to excellence in food safety, service, and the workplace environment Strong customer service skills with a focus on anticipating and meeting customer needs Effective communication skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced setting Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred Flexible schedule and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for the position Additional Information: We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity within our workforce.
