Working days and hours may be subject to change to meet the restaurant's requirements. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers Your keys to success: Well-presented, friendly and organised Able to lead a team to achieve results Adaptable to a fast-paced environment Confident in engaging with customers, including handling difficult situations with frustrated or aggressive individuals Able to communicate clearly and effectively Full working rights in New Zealand is required Perks of being a part of our Team: Receive discounted Maccas (Yum!) Completion of McDonald’s management training program Advancing Your Leadership (AYL), previously known as LTS, SMX, or SSC, is preferable, but not required.
