You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law). Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.

Responsibilities

The Shift Manager will supervise the daily operation of the restaurant during their assigned shift. They will also support the management team by providing coaching to team members to ensure effective task performance and create positive guest experiences.
