We are seeking experienced, detailed, results-oriented Shift Manager to join our team to manage Burger King Restaurant in Hull. The Shift Manager (SM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of the restaurant business in order to achieve and maintain the high standard of quality, service and cleanliness and ensuring the restaurants desired outcomes i.e., increased sales, profitability, and employee retention and of course…. amazing customer satisfaction.
The SM empowers the restaurant management and staff team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and company compliance within the restaurant across all shifts. An SM should be flexible and be able to work the hours necessary for the proper discharge of their duties and/or required by the needs of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that you and your team are delivering the highest standards of customer service
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of all products and services and the BK brand
  • Organising the daily and weekly rotas in line with budgeted hours
  • Conduct stock orders/stock checks and deal with food deliveries
  • Ensure staff are promoting and up selling promotional offers
  • Develop and progress employees
  • Responsible for recruiting, training & developing staff
  • Responsible for KPI in line with company budget
