JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Shift Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a background in hospitality, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As the Front of House Shift Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in coffee or knowledge of beverage service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cash handling processes and POS systems is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not mandatory.
