This position reports directly to Senior Shift Manager on shift as well as the Production Manager. The job incumbent will directly supervise unionized employees. This position requires interaction with all departments within Cavendish Farms.

Terms of Employment: This is a permanent salaried full-time shift work position, 84 hours bi-weekly.

Annual Salary : $77,500 to $85,000
