Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties:
- Manage and supervise the staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to new hires
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall operations
- Assist with food production, preparation, and catering as needed
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders and payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service industry standards and best practices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
