OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service. Your ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment will be crucial to our success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
