JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and team management, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading your team, managing the kitchen, and ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within the food industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems (Micros POS preferred).
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in restaurant management.
  • Experience in interviewing candidates for various positions within the restaurant environment.
  • Background in hospitality, including hotel or barista experience, is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
