JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and managing staff effectively. Domino’s vision is to be Number one in People, Number one in Pizza.
We are on the hunt for highly motivated and ambitious Shift Managers to join our rapidly expanding Domino’s Pizza franchise.
The franchise currently operates stores covering the North of England and has some very exciting development plans in place for the future, so this is a great time to join the world’s largest pizza delivery company.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a hotel, restaurant, or culinary environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in food preparation, meal preparation, or cooking is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience as a delivery driver or knowledge of delivery processes can be beneficial.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to motivate team members are essential for success in this role.
