Job Summary Location: 19320 W Bellfort Suite 500, Richmond, TX 77407 Pay: $13 - $15 Training Location: 1914 Wescott Avenue, Sugar Land, TX 77479 Must have reliable transportation and willing to train at training location. The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and adherence to company standards. This role supports the General Manager by leading team members, maintaining operational excellence, and driving sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner. Monitor food quality, speed of service, and order accuracy. Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance expectations. Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Support sales initiatives and upselling efforts to meet revenue goals. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 1–3 years of restaurant or retail experience, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, reporting). Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Ability to work in a kitchen environment with heat, noise, and varying conditions. Fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
