Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager you will be working as a Shift Manager involved in all the daily operations for your restaurant. Your key duties will include the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations
  • Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the kitchen and food production –
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques –
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards –
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed –
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational procedures –
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
