As a Shift Manager in this customer-centric role, you’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and have the exciting opportunity to shape the way we work and exceed customer expectations. In this hands-on position, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and uphold service standards across the board. You’ll be instrumental in building a positive, results-driven culture by supporting and developing team members through proactive leadership, coaching, and effective communication. This role offers the chance to drive excellence in both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in warehouse and stock management will be key to leading and empowering the team, especially in a 24/7 fulfillment environment. While core hours for the site are 8 am to 4 pm, your role will extend to supporting Team Leads on all shifts, ensuring they have the resources needed for smooth operations and high performance. In this role, you’ll make a tangible impact on our success by fostering continuous improvement and business excellence.
