Responsibilities Oversee daily shift operations ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are met. Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during shifts. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Train new employees and provide ongoing support and performance feedback. Proven experience in a supervisory or shift management role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-food or pizza concept. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant health regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shift Manager • Compensation: • Hourly: $17.50/hour • Target bonus: $3,000 annually • Total annual compensation approximately $36,000–$50,000 • Hours: • 40–50 hours per week
