Job Description The Poker Shift Manager is responsible for the daily poker operation during their shift. As the Poker Shift Manager, your role will include: Job Responsibilities: Maximizing revenue by controlling payroll. Responsible for spreading the appropriate games in a timely fashion. Leads and directs the poker team. Accountable for diffusing problem situations and making consistent, accurate floor-calls. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have through knowledge of Poker rules. Requires strong communication and organizational skills. Candidates must have the ability to work weekends and holidays. Candidates must be able to clearly communicate in English. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of operational experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years or older.
