Overview The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience. Responsibilities Plan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation Assist the General Manager Coach and lead a team with no supervision Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures Open/close restaurant Assist with inventory (logging) Assist with staffing needs Assist with controllables and labor Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils. Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics. Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions. Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification Fluent in English & Spanish* Ability to work with computers Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
